Once your booking is submitted, your information is automatically sent to our team for review.
- Step 3: Hospitality Committee Receives Your Details Immediately
Our Hospitality Committee is notified right away so we can begin organizing your stay and keeping families together.
- Step 4: You Get a Confirmation Call Within 24 Hours
A Hospitality Committee member will contact you directly to confirm everything, answer questions, and make sure you’re all set:

- Step 5: Room Assignments Are Coordinated for the Best Experience
Our goal is to keep families grouped together so we can truly enjoy the reunion as one big team — Together We Rise!
We understand some families want extra privacy, and we’ll do our best to accommodate while keeping costs reasonable.
- Step 6: Get Ready for a Full Reunion Experience There will be so many activities and events throughout the day that you won’t spend much time in the room.
Plus, you’ll have 24-hour access to the Dunes Room to relax, play games, connect with family, and enjoy our family history.
- Important Reminder: Do NOT Call the Hotel Directly
Booking directly with the hotel usually means higher room-only rates, and you would still need to buy reunion activities à la carte separately.

HOST RESORT + ROOMS (How it works):
The Host Resort
For Mays–Fersner 2026: Together We Rise, our host resort is The Ellie Oceanfront + DoubleTree by Hilton Oceanfront—oceanfront views, private balconies, walk-right-to-the-beach access, pools + lazy river, and nonstop fun. Plus you’re close to Myrtle Beach State Park, downtown Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, the pier, great food, and more.
Room Inventory Plan
We’re starting with 35 rooms held for our family group.
Here’s the important part:
- Once our initial 35 rooms are booked by family members, the resort will release additional rooms in blocks of 10.
- We will continue requesting 10-room blocks as needed until our family is accommodated, based on how many people actually book.
- Since July is peak season, rooms move fast—so the earlier you book, the better your options.
Rooming Goal: Families Together (4–6 Guests)
Our goal is for family to room together. Depending on the room type and layout, most rooms can accommodate 4–6 guests. This helps keep costs down and keeps everyone close to the reunion action.
