Get ready for an amazing family weekend in 

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, 

July 17 through July 19. 

All guests will be responsible for booking their own stay through a Hotel, Timeshare, 

Airbnb, or VRBO, 

so be sure to lock in your accommodations early since this is peak season in Myrtle Beach.

A limited number of two bedroom villas may still be available on a first come, first served basis. If available, please use the corresponding payment link to reserve your spot.

Our official check in, meet and greet, and family gathering space will be at the 

DoubleTree by Hilton, Dunes Building, 

3200 South Ocean Blvd.

This exciting family hub will be open from 

11:00 AM until 11:00 PM and will be the place to connect, relax, and celebrate all day long.

Enjoy refreshments, fun, fellowship, Xbox and PlayStation gaming areas, and a special family history display showcasing the powerful connection of the 

Mays-Fersner-Dantzler 

families and how our legacy continues to grow.

Join us for a beautiful evening of food, music, family, and celebration at our 

Together We Rise 

Saturday Night Gathering. 

This special event will take place 

Saturday 

from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM 

and will feature a buffet style dinner with a variety of selections for everyone to enjoy.

Guests with special dietary needs should submit a request in advance for a special meal. 

The evening will also include a music, themed décor, and a family connection program highlighting 

the legacy and bond of the Mays, Fersner, and Dantzler families.

This will be a joyful and meaningful 

night to come together, 

celebrate our roots, and create lasting memories as one family.

Sunday is all about 

flexibility, fun, and enjoying 

a little more family time. 

Guests staying at 

Holiday Inn Club Vacations South Beach Resort 

may have the option to 

check out on 

Sunday morning or Monday morning.

For those staying through Monday, Sunday gives you even more time to relax and enjoy Myrtle Beach. 

You can gather again at the Dunes Building for more family time or head out and enjoy 

the many attractions, entertainment, and excitement of downtown Myrtle Beach 

before checking out 

Monday morning.
